What is Harmony?

HarmonyPMO is a UK-based off-site PMO service provided by Epsilica, a company specialising in programme and project delivery.   Epsilica has experience working with blue-chip organisations across various sectors including finance, media, logistics, pharmaceuticals, transport and government.

HarmonyPMO is designed to redress the balance of over-stretched PMO staff  with the differing working practices of the delivery teams.  The Harmony team are specialists in the fields of PMO, methodologies,  governance, planning, financial management, administration and overall risk management.  The team is designed to flex in order to support the individual needs of your organisation.

We work closely with your existing PMO team to provide additional insight of progress.  We also continually engage with your delivery teams to both reduce the reporting burden and highlight areas of concern.

Of course if you do not have an existing PMO team then HarmonyPMO gives you immediate benefit, a service that slots in neatly between the delivery teams and the strategic decision makers.

Our proactive project oversight and assurance is targeted at reducing risk, increasing overall quality and the early identification of potential issues to help ensure your projects deliver successfully within budget and on time.
