Epsilica was founded back in 2007 with the intention to provide Big 4 level expertise but without the price tag.   We provide Programme and Project Management expertise, PMO and Governance support and Business and technical innovation.  With a proven track record of working with such corporate leaders as Nationwide, Sky, IBM Global Services, HMRC, Oracle and Transport for London, we are continuously growing the list of organisations we are proud to be working with.

    Mike is a highly experienced and trusted senior business and strategic change consultant with over 20 years experience making businesses more efficient and successful through strategic management and streamlining processes.

    He has managed numerous complex and challenging programmes of change through to successful implementation within finance, media, logistics, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.  He knows first hand the challenges delivery teams face and also need for structured and effective project and programme governance to ensure change is governed and issues resolved rapidly.

    Supporting both agile and very structured organisations, he understands the common issues those organisations face which is why he spent two years researching the best methods for continued success and the reasons many projects fail to deliver.  This work manifested into Harmony PMO, a team of specialist expertise, providing industry best practice progress reporting, providing objective and independent proactive project and programme assurance all designed to identify and resolve issues early to de-risk and enable organisations to regain control, we can confidently say that the service comes with experience-led value.
